Features of eMODAT Enterprise

Sector-independent, flexible, individual: the standard version of eMODAT Enterprise includes all the essential packages which guarantee unrestricted documentation processes. The basic system 2.1 comprises the general server components for mobile workflow management including forms creation. The web server provides the administrator interface to specifically define user permissions and roles. Thanks to active directory integration it is easy to set up user accounts and manage them via Windows. The module Lookup plays to its strengths when it comes to transferring data from existing external systems. Data Export, for its part, facilitates exchanging captured data with external systems.

By means of the function Reporting users generate Excel files and PDF documents. Field workers profit from the optional application Photo which allows documenting possible damages visually. Another highlight: the module Web Client Online enables users to capture data with their smartphones independently of the installed eMODAT client. And the In-House License Manager facilitates registering and managing purchased corporate licences. Captured data, service reports, and questionnaires are sent to users as a PDF e-mail attachment. Customers from the healthcare sector will be delighted by HL7 Integration: this component connects the software to standard hospital information systems (HIS).
